Welcome to Resha Skin, a private esthetics practice based in Colorado Springs. I’m Greg Resha, a licensed esthetician specializing professional virtual skincare guidance. Through video consultations, I help clients build effective routines using clinically backed products without overwhelm, pressure, or trend-driven advice. Each experience is thoughtfully tailored, because great skin starts with clarity, not chaos.
I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, starting as a makeup artist. I studied under Robert Tamiggi, former makeup artist to Cher and Bette Midler. I spent the next few years training artists at makeover studios around the United States. Since then, I’ve done makeup for hundreds of events such as, editorial photography, vaudeville acts and of course, weddings. Those years taught me that it’s less about transformation, and more about enhancing your natural beauty.
I segued into skin care as a result of my husband’s profession, tattooing. He wasn’t satisfied with the after care his clients were receiving and turned to me for a solution. I developed a cleanser and a moisturizer for his clients with the intent of healing and preserving tattoos. That was the official launch of my first product line, Rocky Mountain Life, and we recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. I realized that caring for the skin is really another way of caring for people and that simple idea changed everything. It sparked a fascination with skin care ingredients and I earned a diploma in organic skin care formulation. Today, I occasionally design bespoke skincare products for preferred clients.

I have earned several advanced certifications to better serve my clients including: microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and chemical peels. In the spirit of full transparency, my credentials are displayed under my legal name, and I hold active esthetics licenses in both Colorado and Nebraska. My business operates as MTNSquatch Corporation and I am insured through Associated Skin Care Professionals. In additon to skin care I am also a licensed Barber in Colorado and serve as the Coordinator of the Southern Colorado Beauty Conference.
I am a skin care author and educator. After graduating from the esthetics program at Paul Mitchell The School, I wrote three books on skin care science and was invited back to give lectures on ingredients and products. I was a guest speaker at other salons and beauty schools including TIGI and currently serve as the esthetics instructor at The International Salon and Spa Academy. I founded Esthetics Magazine, an online resource for skin care students and professionals and write a skin care newsletter called The Radiance Report with 4,000+ readers. After years of writing and teaching I’ve learned that the heart of great skin care is about listening, and caring.
