1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
Resha Skin is operated by MTNSquatch Corporation. In these Terms, “Resha Skin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” include the business operating this website. These Terms cover resha-skin.com, its store, articles, contact and subscription forms, consultations, bookings, guest RSVPs, The Skincare Social, and related presentations and demonstrations led by Greg Resha.
Please read these Terms before using the website, submitting a form, placing an order, reserving an event, or participating in a presentation. When these Terms are brought to your attention and you accept them through a checkout, registration, signed agreement, or other valid acceptance process, they form an agreement with you. Continued website use after reasonable notice of these Terms is subject to them to the extent permitted by law. Merely viewing a page does not authorize hands-on services, email subscriptions, or promotional use of your likeness.
2. Eligibility and Information You Provide
You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement to make purchases, book services, or accept a release. A parent or legal guardian must handle transactions and required permissions for a minor. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website. We may decline a service or demonstration when consent, safety, qualifications, or legal requirements cannot be satisfied.
Provide accurate contact, order, booking, and RSVP details. You may not use another person’s email address or accept a personal release for another adult without valid authority. A community or organization booking an event does not give personal service or media consent for its guests.
3. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping, education, and service inquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate others, send unlawful or infringing material, or collect personal information without permission.
Website text, original photographs, videos, audio, presentation materials, designs, and branding are owned by Resha Skin or used under license. You may read and share links to public pages. Reproduction, resale, commercial distribution, or use of our branding requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party product names, trademarks, and media remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Educational Information and Product Safety
Our website, articles, consultations, and presentations provide cosmetic skincare education and product guidance. They do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, replace care from a qualified healthcare professional, or establish a physician-patient relationship. Results vary, and no specific cosmetic result is guaranteed.
Read product labels and follow manufacturer directions. Tell the service provider about allergies, sensitivities, relevant skin conditions, medications, and recent procedures before a product is applied. A patch test may be appropriate, but it cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice. For a medical emergency, call 911. Please do not place sensitive health details in a public comment or general contact form.
5. Product Purchases, Pricing, and Payment
Product descriptions, sizes, availability, prices, promotions, and shipping eligibility are shown in the store. Charges are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are disclosed at checkout. You authorize the payment method you provide for the total you approve. Payment processors may apply their own terms.
An automated receipt acknowledges an order; it does not guarantee inventory or acceptance of an obvious pricing error. If an item is unavailable, an order appears fraudulent, or a material listing error affects your order, we may contact you to correct it or cancel the affected item and refund amounts paid for it. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. Promotional gifts, discounts, and credits are subject to the conditions disclosed with the specific offer.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Consumer Rights
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Shipping estimates and available methods are disclosed with your order. We will ship within the stated timeframe or, if none is stated, within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot meet the required shipping timeframe, we will offer the legally required delay-consent or cancellation-and-refund options. Contact us about missing, incorrect, or damaged shipments.
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains return eligibility, the 30-day return period, proof-of-purchase requirements, and applicable exclusions and shipping costs. Contact us at gregresha@gmail.com before sending a return to confirm instructions and the correct return address. Nothing in these Terms or that policy removes rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Consultations, Event Bookings, and Guest RSVPs
Consultation prices, duration, product credits, and other included benefits are those disclosed when you book. An inquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Any cancellation charges or additional service terms must be disclosed before you commit; this page does not introduce an undisclosed fee.
The Skincare Social is a complimentary educational presentation. Booking a presentation reserves an event for the organizing community or organization; a guest RSVP registers attendance at an existing event. A guest RSVP does not reserve a separate presentation or guarantee selection for a facial demonstration. Free attendance does not require a product purchase.
Check your confirmation for the date, time, location, and any event-specific arrangements. Notify us promptly if you cannot attend or need to reschedule. Event arrangements may change because of illness, weather, venue issues, safety, or other circumstances. We will use the contact details provided to communicate changes.
8. Email Addresses and Regular Skincare Updates
When you provide an email address through an order, booking, RSVP, contact form, subscription form, or other website interaction, we use it to respond to that interaction and provide relevant confirmations, reminders, and service communications as described in our Privacy Policy.
We also offer regular skincare education, The Radiance Report, product news, event announcements, and promotional updates. When you opt in through a subscription form or clearly disclosed marketing choice, you authorize Resha Skin to add your email address to its mailing list and send those updates. An email entered solely to ask a question or complete a transaction is not, by itself, an affirmative marketing opt-in under these Terms.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing gregresha@gmail.com. We honor marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days, or sooner if required by law, without a fee. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary order, booking, safety, or inquiry-related communications. Marketing permission is separate from demonstration participation and media permission.
9. Voluntary Public Demonstration and Hands-On Service Consent
Attendance and observation are separate from receiving a service. No guest is required to volunteer, receive a facial, try a product, or permit physical contact. Before a hands-on demonstration, we will explain the proposed activity, products, relevant risks, and any appropriate screening. Services are limited to the provider’s lawful scope of practice.
By separately accepting this demonstration-consent section and choosing to participate, I authorize Greg Resha and authorized Resha Skin personnel to perform the cosmetic skincare demonstration specifically explained to me, including agreed cleansing, topical product application, and facial techniques. This is not permission for an undisclosed procedure or for every service Resha Skin might offer.
I agree to disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent treatments, open wounds, and other information needed for safe participation directly to the provider. I understand that the demonstration takes place in front of others and that privacy is limited. I may ask questions, decline any step, or withdraw consent and request that the demonstration stop at any time. Resha Skin may refuse, modify, or stop the activity for safety.
10. Demonstration Risks and Limited Release of Liability
IMPORTANT: THIS SECTION CONCERNS LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING CERTAIN CLAIMS FOR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE. IT APPLIES ONLY WHEN AN ADULT PARTICIPANT SEPARATELY AND AFFIRMATIVELY ACCEPTS IT BEFORE THE EXPLAINED DEMONSTRATION.
Cosmetic demonstrations and product sampling can cause temporary redness, irritation, stinging, dryness, sensitivity, allergic reactions, or unexpected skin changes. Some reactions can be serious. Risks may arise despite reasonable care. I acknowledge the risks explained to me, have had an opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily accept the ordinary inherent risks of the specific demonstration I choose.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in that voluntary demonstration, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law, I release MTNSquatch Corporation doing business as Resha Skin, Greg Resha, and their personnel performing that demonstration from claims for personal injury or property damage arising from the ordinary inherent risks of that demonstration or their ordinary negligence in conducting it. This release is limited to the explained cosmetic activity and associated product application; it is not a release of unrelated conduct or unknown activities.
This release does not cover gross negligence, reckless or willful and wanton conduct, intentional wrongdoing, fraud, abuse, or breaches of statutory or professional duties that cannot lawfully be waived. It does not waive nonwaivable consumer or product-liability rights, and it does not release existing claims for a previous injury. No parent’s release of a minor’s claims is created by these website Terms.
If you do not accept this release, you may observe the presentation without receiving the hands-on demonstration. A purchase, RSVP, website visit, or organizer’s booking alone is not acceptance of this personal-injury release.
11. Photography, Video, Audio, and Promotional Media Permission
Public presentations may include photography, video, or audio recording. We will provide notice and obtain permission for identifiable promotional use. Tell Greg or the event host before recording begins if you do not wish to be featured, so reasonable arrangements can be discussed. Attendance, an email submission, or an RSVP alone does not provide the affirmative media permission described below.
By separately accepting this media-permission section, I grant MTNSquatch Corporation doing business as Resha Skin, Greg Resha, and their authorized production and distribution providers a worldwide, royalty-free permission to photograph and record my appearance, likeness, voice, and statements at the identified presentation, and to reproduce, edit, crop, caption, publish, display, distribute, and use those recordings in websites, social media, newsletters, educational materials, advertising, and other business promotion, in any media now known or later developed.
This permission is nonexclusive, permits repeated use without additional compensation or approval of each finished item, and continues indefinitely subject to applicable law and the withdrawal process below. Resha Skin owns the original recordings it creates or commissions to the extent provided by copyright law and its production agreements. This permission does not transfer ownership of my identity or independently owned work, and does not claim ownership of every recording made by others at an event.
Editing must not materially misrepresent my statements, disclose private health information without additional permission, or falsely portray a product endorsement. This permission does not authorize voice cloning, a synthetic likeness, or biometric identification.
You may contact gregresha@gmail.com to withdraw permission for new promotional uses. Withdrawal operates prospectively where legally available; it cannot undo lawful prior distribution, third-party sharing outside our control, or printed materials already produced. We will discuss reasonable removal of material under our control. Identifiable promotional recordings of minors require a separate parent or legal guardian permission process.
12. Your Submissions and Third-Party Services
You retain rights in material you send us. You give us permission to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, fulfill an order or service, and maintain lawful business records. A private message, submitted photo, or contact-form inquiry is not automatically a public testimonial or advertising license; we will obtain appropriate permission before that use.
Hosting, payment, scheduling, email, embedded media, and other third-party providers have their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Links to another website do not guarantee its content or services.
13. Website Availability and Limits of Liability
We take reasonable care with website information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular skincare outcome. We may correct errors and maintain or update the site. To the extent permitted by law, the website’s general informational content is provided as available without additional warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by general website use. This limitation does not exclude personal injury liability, defective-product rights, express promises made with a purchase, fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. The specific demonstration release applies only through the separate acceptance described above.
14. Governing Law and Resolving Concerns
Colorado law governs these Terms to the extent consistent with applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain available. Please contact us first with an order, service, or event concern so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive a jury trial, class proceeding, regulatory complaint, or other remedy that you otherwise have.
15. Changes, Separate Agreements, and Contact
The effective date appears at the top of this page. Updates apply prospectively after appropriate notice and any acceptance required by law. Changes do not retroactively enlarge an existing demonstration release, media permission, or completed purchase agreement. A specific written agreement may supplement these Terms for an identified service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
